Terms of Car Rental with Driver at Vtrans Bali Car Rental
•
Booking for
car rental in Bali with driver is considered valid upon the transfer of a deposit of at least Rp.100,000 to our bank account. This requirement is implemented to avoid irresponsible or fake bookings. If transferring the deposit is not possible, a screenshot of your flight ticket or hotel booking confirmation may be sent via WhatsApp or email.
•
Rates are adjusted based on the type of vehicle and the tour route.
•
The payment system requires daily settlement after each tour and payment is made directly to the driver or transferred to our bank account.
•
The final day's payment will be reduced by the amount of the deposit previously transferred to our bank account.
•
In the event of unilateral cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled time and date, the deposit transferred to our account will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
•
The rental duration is 12 hours. Any additional time (overtime) will incur a charge of 10% per hour based on the hourly rental rate.
•
Maximum usage is until 24:00. Usage beyond this time will incur an additional driver fee of Rp.100,000.
•
Vehicle damage caused by the driver's negligence, whether intentional or accidental, is entirely the responsibility of Vtrans Bali Car Rental.
•
All vehicles are covered by comprehensive (all-risk) insurance.
•
Personal or passenger accident insurance is not included.
•
No additional fees apply.
•
There is no requirement for providing meals or tips for the driver. However, if you wish to offer them voluntarily, we greatly appreciate it.
•
To avoid any undesired issues, bookings must be made exclusively through Vtrans Bali Rental, not directly with the driver. Complaints arising from direct bookings with drivers will not be subject to these terms and conditions, and we will not be held liable for any resulting issues.

By transferring the deposit, you automatically agree to the above-stated terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions for Self-Drive Car Rental at Vtrans Bali Rental
•
Send a photo of a valid ID card via WhatsApp. The original ID must be submitted and will be kept for the duration of the rental and returned upon vehicle return.
•
Send a photo of a valid driving license (SIM A) via WhatsApp. The name/address must match the ID card.
•
Send a photo of the hotel booking confirmation (showing the guest's name) via WhatsApp.
•
Agree to be photographed or recorded with the rental vehicle upon delivery.
Applicable Provisions

The use of the vehicle is only permitted within the island of Bali. It is strictly prohibited to leave the island.

A deposit of Rp.100,000 is required to validate the booking and prevent irresponsible bookings.

The remaining rental payment (less the deposit) must be settled upon vehicle handover.

Rental price is based on 24 hours per day, starting from the requested delivery time. Overtime is charged at 10% - 20% per hour. If overtime exceeds 4 hours, a full day rental fee will be charged.

For 2-3 day rentals, delivery and return fees of Rp.50,000 each apply. Free delivery and return for rentals of 4 days or more within certain areas (airport, Denpasar, Sanur, Kuta, etc.). Outside those areas, fees vary depending on distance.

Minor to moderate damage (scratches or dents) incurs an insurance claim fee of Rp.350,000 per affected area.
8
Major damage (severe dents, broken body parts/interiors) requiring spare part replacement will be fully borne by the renter, including compensation for downtime (max 10 days).
By using the

Terms and Conditions of Shuttle Vtrans Bali
These terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PT Klaxon Indonesia (“We”), the provider of the Services and Application. If you do not agree to our Terms, you may not use our Services. By using the Shuttle Vtrans Bali app or accessing the Website, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
1. Users

Users of Shuttle Vtrans Bali are individuals utilizing the Website or Mobile Application services.

To use the app, you must register by filling out a form and meeting the app's registration procedures.

By creating an account, you acknowledge that you are fully aware and responsible for your actions within the app.

Each user may only have one active account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of the Terms of Use.

Violation of these Terms of Use may result in account termination.
•
Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account. You may not share or transfer access without our prior written consent. Any consequences arising from a breach of this clause are your full responsibility.

If you violate the Terms of Use or misuse the Services, we reserve the right to block or terminate your access and take legal action.

You may only download the Shuttle Vtrans Bali App from the Google Play Store and use it on Android devices. Downloading from other sources may compromise your data.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or demands arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
6. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. You are advised to review them periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
You are strictly prohibited from using, modifying, or displaying the trademarks found on the Website or App without authorization.
8. Prohibitions
You are also prohibited from:
• Causing harm to our services or other users.
• Downloading the App from outside the Google Play Store.
• Distributing apps not sourced from the official store.

Our Website or App may include third-party links. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. You access them at your own risk. We recommend reviewing their terms and policies.
10. Passenger Seat Tickets
Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Passenger name must match the ID used at booking. Rescheduling is allowed once per booking (see point 11).
11. Ticket Rescheduling
• Rescheduling is allowed once per booking.
• Must be within 7 days before or after original date.
• Must be requested at least 8 hours before departure.
• No refund for lower priced replacement ticket.
• Seat is subject to availability and assigned randomly.
• Rescheduling requests are accepted from 06:00 to 21:00 WIB.
